heinz: "A" causes "B": I've noticed this pattern. Many smart people who I and lots of other people respect, have also noticed that A causes B, and this pattern is very consistent, and has held for as long back in the past as I care to look. So....... When I see A happening, I am very comfortable basing investment decisions on the assumption that the future is B. Maybe not today. Maybe not even this month. But it will happen, guaranteed. Don't fight the Fed.
