re: FLEX and "My value holdings have gained some but no big baggers." Well, I would love to be able to go through a list of excellent performing value stocks and come back and show you guys how they've done so much better than FLEX. Especially as I can pick a starting point for FLEX and show that it hasn't "multi-bagged" -g- for a while.

Ah well. FLEX HAS done very well, especially for long term holders (or say from Oct '98 lows). Furthermore, as would be, and should be, pointed out to me-- there's been a lot of money made on this stock by people who've traded it on dips or just bought/sold/bought etc. along its upward path. And finally, and most importantly, it's not about percentage gains, it's about making money. So people with a concentrated portfolio - the "JBL-FLEX-etc" weighting - and there are apparently many here with heavy-duty positions in FLEX and/or similar -- those people would only laugh at me -- tell me to just keep any alleged percentage gains from value stocks, try and spend 'em - that they bought big into ecm positions when and where they believed the odds were very much in their favor, and they're quite satisfied to take the big money $$$ profits those investments brought. Sigh, they'd be right.

(Rich, nice going on WIND. Looks like it's blown by me.)
