worst case is he'll go to camp (which has no fence) and untill BOP determines where he's to report, he STILL may be sent to a halfway house. Judges cannot, except under special circumstances, decided where a sentence is to be served. Its determined by BOP based on severity and vacancy rates. He's sure to be very close to home and his family.
