You should talk to one of your cohorts. He says he now knows who I am and it is not the person you are claiming me to be.

The issue of fraud and the charity would be one for a separate case. The reason it was brought up was because it goes to the basis of his integrity, character, repetitive patterns, and so forth. He technically would not penalized for said action at that particular time. That is an issue for a separate trial.

So did Tony give them the money? You wouldn't know that. Only the charity and Tony know that. The charity says the receipts were false. What does Tony say?

I can just imagine what Tony would do if this came out about TMEX and I can imagine what Tony's followers would be saying
about the action.

Did Tony donate the money or not?
