Gordon: Could get no response from Steve regarding this quarters numbers. No numbers, no comfort level, no extra charges!!! Steve did feel a little positive they were going to resolve it - just to keep from going to court. He had no sense BD was out to destroy Quidel; just trying to get royalities! Question is HOW MUCH! We should know something in about 10 days.
