Wow!!!! Is it me or is there a major disconnect here. Kilo_watt refers to the wonderful work being done by the channel partners, and how important that is to the success of NOVL, and Mr. Troup refers to the problems with the channel partners and how impacted their sales have been because of the problems. Did I misunderstand something? Don T.
