From Briefing.com this morning Briefing.com also notes weakening momentum in the chip and chip equipment industries... Hearing more and more talk that group has already priced in positive industry conditions for next 12-months - at which point sector upturn will have last nearly 4 years - about the normal length of such upturns... Given group's cyclicality, investors beginning to fear that earnings/sales growth will begin to slow in out quarters... Tough comparison periods could also prove troublesome. ************** This is not good. Could dump like the biotechs. May have to revist the q2q growth of my semis. Weed out those ones where revenue % is not as good as previous quarter. Sitting on one big game of chicken with this sector. Jack
