Neo,

I saw a program on education a few months ago that was really up on different styles of education. Showed the Chinese turning out really educated graduates at a low cost.

Seems like Texas is doing the same program under Bush. One of the lower funded areas in a Hispanic area is whipping butt on how well their graduates do.

Now I hope nobody asks for the URL as it was on TV.
