Mary has a huge right to ask about the charity since she helped. Until you can show where it's any concern of your I don't see that you have that right. If it hinders you in following Tony's stock advice then gee, pretty simple, don't follow it. If you are this concerned about it, why not start a "Let's pry into Tony's personal business" thread and leave this one to discussion of shorts.
Again you allude to all of this behind the scenes stuff that is going on with authorities contacting posters. Gee what authorities? I won't even ask you to identify which posters, but surely you could say which person representing what law enforcement agency is contacting people. After all this would not be top secret classified info. there's no reason not to make it public. In fact to use your own way of thinking, if you get the agency and officer's contact info out here, maybe others will contact said mystery agency and come up with the smoking gun. Unless of course this mystery agency exists only in the space between your tympanic membranes.

As for whether you were in court or not, I would lean toward the not, or you wouldn't misinterpret Wolff's post the way you are trying to. Then again, maybe you would.
