PALM needs to focus on its OS. It's the future of the company. Handspring, Sony, Motorola, Nokia... they all license the PALM OS. The more hardware devices they sell, the more the fees PALM can collect and the more the market shares PALM can keep. Friendly use, flexible connectivity, free services, and wireless communicating are the keys to win from MSFT's the PocketPC. I think PALM has realized this already. As we knew, bluetooth that makes devices possible to connect to the local e-machines will soon be added to PALM. Do you know if MSFT has licensed bluetooth? MSFT's leaders paid to much attention on the case recently. They got no time on developing and marketing. PALM should take this opportunity to get more partners and customers. I look forward to seeing good numbers from the direct sales to corporations via DELL channels in the next two coming quarters. Good luck!
