I retract nothing.

And furthermore, if they weren't "after" Tony they wouldn't have gone to the lengths they did with the charity information. I think Wolf was a little shocked at the lengths they went to, don't you think? Their actions showed they were "after" Tony. The F.B.I wouldn't have done it if they weren't trying to get info on him, ergo, they were "after" him.
