Sler, Your talking about the Texas when Bush took over. You can blame Ann Richards, liberal democrat, for that. These supposed stats fail to point out that, under Bush, the test scores of students in Texas are rated about second in the nation. Since a lot of the environment remains in original condition, fewer dollars are needed. A have seen no one lacking in social services except some illegal aliens, and those attempting to defraud the system. Many of the fraud loopholes have been closed under Bush. Something the clinton/rodham/gore bunch could learn from. The air and water pollution is centered around only one city, Houston, not the whole state, and that city has been given a, no nonsense, deadline to clean up their mess. The only reason most of those living in poverty are poor is because they are too lazy to get out and take a job. Businesses of all kinds are begging for employees. The poor in Texas do not need health insurance because we have county run "gold card" systems that provides for their medical needs, with no insurance company skimming off of the premiums. If more states would execute those that commit capital crime, it would be better for the whole country. I happen to be very happy that he is pro-life. When he becomes President, he will do many things for the good of the country but, he will not just throw money around like the liberals do to curry favor with anyone. You can skew the stats all you want, but in the end, that egg will be all over your face. ~H~ |
