JGoren, I'm extrapolating from the description given by various dealers and relayed by Jim. I understood the term to mean "within an industry" = as in the oil drilling industry. People who regard communication to and from remote locations as vital to their business. That would be as opposed to the casual traveler who has occasional or sporadic need for satellite mode - a horizontal market. The fishing industry, oil industry and logging industry to name a few of what I consider "vertical markets" have a continuous need for communication to remote sites. I would anticipate those to be way above average mou's in satellite mode. JMHO. Pierre
