Yes. They have until the 27th to file the delinquent 10K or it's off to the stink sheets. 10Q was due yesterday, and an NT filing would have given them until the 30th to not be officially late with that.

I'd think they'd make sure not to miss a filing deadline while they're facing delisting for missing a filing deadline.
Unless they know an NT filing would be a waste of time.

Based on cash burn rate as reported, nada from LFT, no mention of stamp appraisal (I think DR knew they were worthless from the start), no line of credit, no updates to hitsgalore.com, I think bankruptcy is coming. I hope they don't get away unpunished for this.
