I've known for some time Shaw preferred Motorola to Terayon. Interesting they've made it public. Do you know if they'll use Terayon's OEM-DOCSIS modems or S-CDMA? If the former, TERN takes a hit (no margins), if the latter, Shaw has to cough up more and thus eat into their warrant-related windfall.

Also, do you know the reasons behind Motorola's not meeting demand? Are there components' constraints? If so, are they affecting all suppliers across the board?
