The patent sounds good - far be it from me to quibble with Lee Hood - but if someone who knows their way around the lab benches could please let us know where this puts OGS in terms of the state-of-the-art, I for one would be very grateful. I'm not strong on picks and shovels, but they don't seem to be alone in robotic gel-slicing and the other sub-procedures.
