Don't bring this untrue SPAM to the SI board Bellboy. Your statement -- "This contract validates the ARC concept and we began business yesterday" -- Is NOT TRUE. Otherwise we would have seen a big spike in the stock price. This .13 cents, is a BAD JOKE played on you by some of your pals.

Americel is not convinced that the ARC will work, or that they can make money with it. But, they will let PLFM try.

Nothing is going to happen until after the month long test in Oct., AND Americel tries to sell subscriptions for the service.

Too many unknowns for me. If you are happy, you must like six month delays.

And very uncertain outcomes.
