I did not write the post. You did. All I did was copy your post that you provided that said people within the charity organization said the receipts were false and also that the action described on the receipts may not have happened. You said the prosecutor brought in the evidence and I doubt they would have introduced if it wasn't going to be favorable to their side. Just like the defense is not going to introduce evidence if they think it is favorable to the prosecution. Sometimes evidence can go either way and you take a calculated risk. You aren't going to take that risk if there isn't something in it that you think will help you.

You can actually learn something about the law by watching The Practice and Law and Order. For example, did you know that the D.A. can use all kinds of chicanery to try to extract a confession and it is legal as long as they have been Mirandized and other civil rights aren't violated - like beating the person to a pulp.

You wrote the post Wolff. Not I. If what you said was a lie then you should say so. Don't try to claim that I changed that post in any way. There are other people who copied it before you decided to take it off of Silicon Investor.

It is your post. The information stands. If what your wrote was a lie, than say so.
