Jimmmie, Good to see you on the board again.

Because Lycos uses Fast, the acquisition of Lycos by Terra should give Fast more exposure, especially if Bertelsmann gets involved. So while all eyes (mine at least) have been focused on the Thin Films division of Opticom, it's good to see that Opticom has a >40% stake of a thriving search and internet media business.

As for the purchase by Fussell and Keith, this was certainly a signal that the insiders think prospects are good. But I take even greater comfort from Credit Suisse's large purchase. They must have done some analysis to support such a large investment. I suspect Credit Suisse also loaned money to Fussell and Keith to make their purchase, since I didn't think they had that kind of loose change around, but the press release didn't mention this and disclosure standards in Norway appear to be nonexistant.

As for Gudesen, it's hard to say. I have always found him to be dead right on the big picture and maddeningly fuzzy on the details. He is brilliant in seeing what can be done and somewhat irresponsible as to delivery promises and the like. I will be happy if 3 months turns into 6 months.
