Never satisfied are you? If I knew all the answers I would not have to do estimates. <G> You forgot something important. DELL has for years designed its own motherboards for the Optiplex line of PC's. These will not show up in the 820 or 840 motherboard count. These constitute about 60% of the desktops if you take Dave's numbers seriously. :)
