INPR's CEO has demonstrated poor judgement of the highest order, however, the company's technology plus cash makes this an excellent acquisition target. The hesitation in buying right now is that Fuller would use more poor judgement and burn the cash on a wasted effort. That wasn't a consideration before we saw that he was capable of giving away the cash, the technology and control of the company for shares in a company that arguably has one of the worst reputations for credibility on in this industry. I don't want to harp on that but it's evidence his judgment isn't to be trusted.
