Survey: Has Reliability Gone down in past 6 weeks?

Since late march I've noticed a great increase in the
number of times a) I get knocked off servers, b)
'permissioning' errors, c) ECN's/NYSE/SNET routes failing.
Perhaps its just my bad luck, but as Cyber will never
listen to me I put it to you guys - (many of you who may
or may not be in #cyberchat)

1) Cybertrader/T reliability has gone down in the
past 6 weeks? Y/N

2) On scale of 1(worst) 10(best) how do you rate the
reliability/availability

3) Has this had any effect on the size of your trades &/or
trading frequency?
