Phoenix Arizona, Better Business Bureau & SB-2
We are pleased to announce the selection of our third US Regional Operator with an agreement between Indexonly Technologies, Inc. and Mr. Bob Lingscheit who has purchased the Regional Franchise for Phoenix, Arizona. Bob has a BS/BA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Denver in Colorado. He spent the last 16 years as a District Manager for Farmers Insurance Group in Phoenix, Arizona. Bob chose Indexonly.com because "it's a new business start up in the .com excitement" and he likes the "entire business concept especially the marketing plan and advertising revenue stream. Indexonly.com represents a tremendous opportunity to help build a new company in a new industry". Welcome Bob.
You may have noticed the Better Business Bureau ("BBB") Reliability Seal on the bottom left hand corner of most pages on our Website. We are pleased to report that we have been accepted by BBBOnLine Reliability, the Better Business Bureau's program for on line businesses. The BBBOnLine Reliability program was launched in April 1997 with the support of 11 major corporations: AT&T, Ameritech, GTE, Hewlett Packard, Kodak, Netscape, Road Runner, Sony, US West, Visa USA, and Xerox and is recognized throughout North America as a leader in consumer protection.
All BBB membership applications are subject to review and approval by the Council of Better Business Bureau ("CBBB") and Canadian Council of Better Business Bureau ("CCBBB"). To be accepted into the BBBOnLine Reliability program a company must supply supporting documentation about the products or services offered, background information about company principals, plus business and professional licenses. Information is verified by the BBB in a visit to the company's physical premises.
Once accepted, participants can place the Reliability Seal on their website which is clickable and linked to the BBBOnLine Reliability database, so visitors to the site can instantly confirm that the seal belongs to a valid participant and can also access a BBBOnLine Reliability profile on a participant to confirm company locations, contact names, numbers and e-mail addresses.
Reliability seals are awarded only to companies that promise truthful advertising, responsiveness to customer complaints, have no significant marketplace legal problems, and make a commitment to formal dispute resolution procedures run by the BBB or another Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") provider. We are proud to be accepted by this great organization.
As far as the SB-2 is concerned we, along with our lawyers and accountants, are finalizing our reply to the SEC. We anticipate refiling our "amended" SB-2 within the next few days. By the end of this week, or early next week, you should be able to view the full document with an "EDGAR" search on the SEC's website at www.sec.gov. Again, I wish to point out that it is not uncommon for the SEC, and companies dealing with the SEC, to go back and forth several times before the SB-2 receives final approval. We will keep you advised of our progress in this matter.
Yours truly,
C.F. Sweeney President & C.E.O. |
