Well it is nice to know that there is someone out there who has done the math on this and recognizes the buying oppurtunity that exixts.Keep in mind the business plan here is to buy producing properties and re-work them if necessary to increase production.There is no exploration that Osprey is doing themselves which can be extremely costly and even end up as a broker type deal.
