Frontline Communications Corp. (AMEX: FNT - news), www.frontline.net, today announced that iShopNetworks, Inc., www.iShopNetworks.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has filed a U.S. patent application for iShopNetworks' ``cooperative commerce & content'' (or C-Commerce(3)(TM)) technology, an application that will be translated into a Web-based network of ``vertical'' commerce and content networks.

``Frontline is pleased to have incubated a unique business model that will provide a `first-to-market' e-commerce solution for both the B2B and B2C marketplaces,'' said Stephen J. Cole-Hatchard, President and CEO of Frontline. ``We're confident iShopNetworks will become a valuable asset to our shareholders.''

Frontline plans to launch iShopNetworks' ``beta'' prototype later this month - available on the Web to select industry analysts, media, retailers and consumer focus groups. A full rollout of iShopNetworks to the business and consumer markets is planned for this fall. iShopNetworks' collection of channels range from iShopHollywood.com, iShopTheOffice.com and iShopTheToyStore.com to iShopThePetStore.com, iShopTheTravelAgency.com and iShopTheHome.com. MySmallBizNetwork.com, its proprietary B2B channel, will focus on reaching millions of entrepreneurs and small businesses in the U.S.
