Absolutely correct Lorne.
The big hurdle in the appeal will be to define dates so that WSP does not appear to have been late in filling their intent, THEN the normal battle can continue. BUT, imo, the date thingy is a very big hurdle cause it was such a simple and obvious fault.
My big contention with the whole thing is, as a shareholder, does it really matter if we own that extra 16%. Reason being, it will probably cost us at least that 16% in share dillution just to cover the extra cost!
