Hi Bill SLI has a "punative" valuation due in part to European market pricing pressures. They have been growing mostly by acquisition the last few years. THe hope is that they will see some margin improvement from here out, and return to non-punative valuations. I'm interested because they have the ability to vertically integrate high brightness white LEDs into many different lighting applications. This appears to be a stealth goal for the company <VBG> JF
