Thanks again, Dave. There is no bitterness about ANDW's performance on my part, really.

I learned some time ago that a "good investor" does not get emotionally involved in the stocks he or she selects to own. I guess, on reflection, my remarks did sound a bit caustic...but that's just my style when I get into my "let's look at the numbers" mode.

When I see numbers that can only be explained by poor management and a failure of the Board of Directors to take steps to correct what must be a deficiency in execution, strategy, etc., I do get harsh sometimes. But reality is reality. And the one thing ANDW failed to do on a consistent basis as the numbers kept getting worse was to step up to the plate and acknowledge this and advance some type of plan or agenda for correcting the problems. The move to replace Floyd English was the first step to correct what has to be a deficiency in ANDW's business plan.

I did sell ANDW out of one portfolio some time ago, but continue to hold it in another portfolio. I will be watching ANDW's progress closely over the next few quarters. Top line revenue growth quarter to quarter will be a major consideration or metric to watch, in my opinion.

Best regards.
