peggylynn, The article points out a little known fact. The internet is presently based on a weak business model. Consumers pay a flat fee for unlimited access. This means data flow keeps increasing while access revenue remains the same. Service providers and carriers must finance the buildout of the network infrastructure by providing unique and different services.
