I like Dave's suggestion. But, this is what I'm going to do with my trading cash. I placed limit orders to buy May 85s at $2 1/4 and May 80s at $4 3/4. Chances of getting them at these prices are slim, unless the general market tanks by another 100 points (now, DJIA is down about 150 points). I suspect this would be the last month you may be able to get options upto strike prices $120, at decent prices (they are pricey but are still O.K given that AMD is still very undervalued). If I can't get my above orders filled, I'll be for sure getting into some June call options ($100 or $110) before this Friday's close. As you mentioned in one of earlier posts, I believe we would see more and more fund-managers will have nothing but positive things to say about AMD in the coming weeks, because they are almost done loading up with AMD shares.
