In the interest of <<accuracy and correctness of information posted here>> I've analyzed the Inmarsat Mini-M prices from Altus and Glocall that you linked and compared them to GMPCS Globalstar rates, taking into account monthly subscription fees as well as the incremental cost of each additional minute used.
