IMO - a takeover is likely. Companies like NT don't sign large contracts with companies that are day to day financially. There are several large suppliers that would be interested in MITEC. Also, IMO - Mitec's record has shown that they will struggle if they try to carry-on independently. What they need is another $5-10 million contract with one of the big wireless equipment companies.
