Doug: A good tax attorney can insure the operations fully utilize these. Baker & McKenzie has some pretty good ones in the SF area. There are restrictions (pre 83 or 85 much less restrictive). Congress doesn't want an acquirer to just acquire a company for the NOL's to shelter thier imcome. $70+ million (the 900 may drop off this year) of income sheltered over the next couple of years. The tax credits are a separate issue. Tim
