Software business was turning around would be profitable soon, tssw now has e-support back, remember they were going to do a ipo on it this fall, I belive they could make more money on the ipo than what they were going to sell it all for and still hold a major stake in the co. unless you just bought tssw what was it when you bought it? it still is and they have expanded into internet ipo business looks better to me, jmho appreciate your comments, btw are they still going to recieve that 2.5 mil. loan or was that locked it to the sale of tssw assets? good luck to all of us, we
