Call up the company and express your interest to be involved in the Private Placement - if they like you they will pass you on to the broker that is organizing it. Then you send them a check and you get an account at that brokerage and the shares end up in the account. They are usually restricted from trading for 4 months to a year -so be sure to find that out. You are an American -I think -so that may be a problem -I don't know. This works for most small companies. JP
