Bill, I read the transcript. Thank you. Now some opinions: - The actual number of people that read the transcript, understand its implications, and can figure the outcome is an estimated 100 or so people. Why? The transcript is too damn long. Most people will read the summaries and ignore the meat. Additionally, most of the readers will not take on faith your opinions regarding these summaries, hence, will not make rational decisions based on reading them. Please note that none of this has to do with the underlying merits one way or another with the IDCC case. It is for this reason that the stock does not reflect the likely outcome from the Special Master's rulings. Further, by the time the implications are well understood, the opportunity to buy for most people will be lost. The thing I find so amazing is that so many opportunities like this actually come up. Of course it is only with hindsight and experience that one even develops the perception to recognize such opportunities.
