Looking at INTC on a 3pt chart, it broke a triple bottom and is back in Xs, I would wait for a move to 129, if it doesn't reach and the MACD looks weak, I would short.

Intel was actually up in a down market today on 2-1 split news. It will be range bound 55-75 for some months, IMO.

This is a great company, so other than short term, I would never short it.
