On 24th TPJ will have hearing on the remedy proposals. But then what kind of calendar do people expect? Following may be the scenario: (1) TPJ rubber stamps govt proposal and rejects MSFT proposal and this could come as early as on 25th or within 1 week of 24th. (2) TPJ takes to MSFT's request and agrees to a hearing that MSFT requested. In anycase somewhere between Aug 25th to Dec 18th we will get the lower court remedy decree. right?
