Leading Distributors BekTel, Inc. and TU,LLC To Demonstrate e-Commerce & Other Advanced Features at the American Public Communications Council Show

LAS VEGAS, May 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Elcotel, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECTL - news) announced today it has signed two major agreements with industry-leading distributors BekTel, Inc. and TU,LLC to market its Grapevine(TM) public Internet appliance to national and regional public communications providers.

Both BekTel and TU,LLC will demonstrate the advanced features of Grapevine(TM), including the cashless ATM and e-Commerce capabilities at this week's American Public Communications Council Show in Las Vegas, May 17 & 18. The demonstrations will be held in Booths 237 and 323, respectively.

According to Elcotel, these agreements reinforce its strategic thrust to penetrate both new and existing markets for public communications by increasing its distribution network. Both BekTel and TU,LLC currently distribute Elcotel's existing product lines for wireline and wireless communication networks.

The American Public Communications Council Show is the largest and most prestigious trade show designed specifically for service providers, manufacturers and suppliers to the Public Communications industry. The show is expected to attract over 2,000 attendees and over 100 exhibitors.
