I know that she was a member of your private site and thus gave you confidential information including a credit card number.

Anyone who has done so is at risk for your revenge and anyone who gets caught up in it should consult an attorney.
Not only is it a breach of ethics but it is also probably a breach of a contract among other things. There is a reasonable expectation of privacy when you give someone your credit card number and/or name and address and any use of it for other purposes such as what you are and have been doing is an invasion of privacy with intent to harm.

I have seen private messages of yours to people and I know how hateful and vicious you are when seeking revenge. I am very serious when I say the party in question needs to contact the authorities.
