Yes but Ericsson is no longer their exclusive infrastructure supplier. About a year and a half ago AT&T management became infuriated with Ericsson's inability to meet their demand as the McCaw Cellular subsidiary (now AT&T Wireless) expanded its capacity mightily in response to the overwhelming success of the newly initiated one rate plan and decided to establish a relationship with another major supplier, Lucent, to reduce their risk. Ericsson and Lucent had been sharing AT&T's orders equally when last I heard.
