Hi Dan, good luck coming up with a realistic value. I think you have to take into account the "long-term investments" iTech has made in:

Medsite - 220,466 shares
Elastic Networks - 281,479 shares
Bizfon - 1,666,667 shares
Horizon Live - 714,592 shares
PinPoint - $1m US (shares unknown)

It's impossible to assign an accurate fair value to these assets at this point, but even with a lousy market, they're still going to make money. Your guess is as good as mine, but picking some values that to me seem reasonable to low for this kind of market:

Medsite - 220,466 shares @ $10 p/share = $2,220,466
Elastic Networks - 281,479 shares @ $18p/share = $5,066,622
Bizfon - 1,666,667 shares @ $6 p/share = $10,000,002
Horizon Live - 714,592 shares @ $5 p/share = $3,572,960
PinPoint - $1m US (shares unknown) x 2 = $2,000,000

plus

$6,000,000 in cash
$2,300,000 Enviromation valuation
??? Loma de Niquel

That's close to $30,000,000 USD CONSERVATIVE estimate. IMHO, they are going to make significantly more than that due to the quality of their portfolio.

Welcome aboard! -Mike-
