Re: "FYI, AMD's inventory to quarterly sales ratio is 18.8%, Intel's is 19.5%"

AMD states that their Athlon inventory in increasing. Intel states their inventories of processors are at historic lows. I have not seen a breakdown of product type in any of Intel's financials regarding inventory so I don't believe you can use those numbers to derive any information that contradicts Intel's statements. According to Intel their processor inventories are down to historic lows and according to AMD their Athlon inventories are at historic highs, for Athlon. If AMD is truly soldout as some here claim, it's hard to see how or why they are "building inventory" at the expense of sales while Intel ships all they can make. JIT manufacturing has been around for a long time now.

After all these years....Dresden... Still MIA
