When I looked at JimL and JimP's lists of laggards I came to a stunning revelation-- I am almost fully invested in laggards of the oil patch!!! Those guys defined 90% of my portfolio-- UFAB,HOFF,PGO,GW,WG, et al--I have every one. Is this good or bad? Thoughts on an investment portfolio based on laggards welcome- it happened because I sold winners and bought stocks which had not moved yet. Am I cutting myself out if momentum money comes to oil and gas?-- Frank
