Well, imagine this and reconsider your facts:

In March 2000 he bought:
45000 at 3.30/sh
20000 at 7.25
432 at 28.90

In Feb 2000 he sold:
10000 at 71.16
10000 at 70.39
20000 at 70.39

If you turn the way back machine all the way to Dec 1999 he sold:
7000 at 56.25
5000 at 54.00
5000 at 53.50

none bought

And ancient history of Nov 1999 he sold:
10000 at 51.00

none bought

So, for 2000 alone he spent about $306k on PRIA stock and sold about $2.8 million worth on about the same amount of shares either way.

It takes a lot of imagination to consider that very bullish. It's not necessarily bearish either but I thought the FACTS should be presented.
