It appears that you've counted the February Sale twice.

Is that what you call a fact?

Mitch currently holds more than 176,000 shares.

At the end of 99 he had 110,000 shares. Last time I checked, 176 was a larger number than 110.

At the end of 98, he had 100,000 shares up from 83,000 at the end of 97.

96 year end number was: 37,223.

95 year end was: 21500.

There's a trend here. Mitch is accumulating shares of PRIA not selling them.
