Wayne Van Scoyoc: I think for that number to mean anything I would like to see a chart. Then one could compare today's sideline monies to the norm. And "poised" is subjective, maybe the money is "recoiling"...LOL! Anyway a chart would reveal more than just the figures. And in a "downturn" one would expect more and more money to gravitate to the sidelines. Regards, LG
