ALERT: CHINA stocks on pending news on trade with U.S. . . . .SINA and NEWC are a few oddball China recent IPOs that could get interesting soon. . . I keep seeing NEWC flash at the top of my watch listboard as somebody accumulates. Of course XING, CHINA and CPIH are always worth playing, as they tend to move very quickly on favorable China news. CHL is a bit slower. PTR and DFCT are a few overlooked plays. I never liked PCNTF much, though some do. China stocks are a good way to play these days. . .especially with tech stocks being so weak without news. Rande Is
