Frank re: 5,000+ visitors to the Markman transcript I have no way of knowing how much of the transcript is understood, of course. The figures are very good for number of people visiting pages in the report (well over 5,000) and the time spent on each read (well above average). The most visited page of the special report on the Ericsson-InterDigital Litigation is: telecomtechstocks.com I agree that altho very good info is available that could help guide an investment choice when a stock is still "cheap" -- investors by nature tend to wait until its too late and the price has skyrocketed. That's when they have the confidence to buy. The very successful investors, of course, do their own solid DD, buy before the train gets moving too fast, and reap the rewards. Bill
