Breakout?? this little mention in the Financial Post may have something to do with it. I cut out the part that relates to RDM, but this is out of the Sonita Horvitch Column, that can be found at canoe.ca - RDM Corp. (RC-V) $3.10 ($4.95-$1.05). Since 1987, this Waterloo, Ont.-based firm has supplied software and hardware that allows businesses to automate and hence reduce the time and money spent on writing, printing, posting, receiving and processing payment transactions. RDM is expanding its product line with two proprietary electronic commerce initiatives, EC5000i and eCheck. Roche notes that e-commerce "is continuing to grow and consumers require a safe and secure method of payment increasing the demand for the company's products and services."
